How Lancaster Solutions LLC handles information submitted through the public website, educational resources, controlled audits and invitation-only portal.

Who controls the information
Lancaster Solutions LLC, 214 Carolina Drive, Delray, West Virginia 26714, is responsible for the public-form and portal records described here. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected] or made through the contact page.
Information collected
We collect information you intentionally submit through contact, assessment, audit, product-interest, resource-request, subscription, booking and invitation forms. This may include your name, email, phone number, organization, public website address, role, stated need, selected learning interest, consent record and the content of your request.
Website audits
A public audit is accepted only after the requester confirms ownership or authority. The crawler restricts private-network targets, follows bounded redirects, limits pages, response size and execution time, and does not represent a penetration test, accessibility certification, legal opinion or complete security assessment. Reports are stored outside collected static files. Delivery status, attempts, Mailgun message identifiers and bounded error details may be retained so failed report email can be retried and audited.
Learning and children’s privacy
The Connected Without Compromise academy is designed for teenagers ages 13–18 and supporting adults. Teen learners do not need an account or email address. Completion marks remain in the learner’s browser and are not transmitted to Lancaster. Adult-facing facilitator, bulk-use and update forms must be submitted by an adult or authorized program representative. The public website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact Lancaster to request review and deletion, subject to security and recordkeeping duties.
Lead, attribution and service records
An intentional submission may create an internal LeadOps record, follow-up task and conversion event. We may preserve the source page, first and last landing paths, referring domain, campaign parameters and supported advertising click identifiers. Lead scores support staff triage only; they do not make automatic eligibility, pricing or service decisions.
Email and service providers
Outbound application email is delivered through the Mailgun HTTP API. Configured services may also include HubSpot for an optional CRM handoff, Google services for calendars, analytics or webmaster verification, hosting and infrastructure providers, and other vendors required for the requested function. Lancaster does not sell personal information to advertisers. Third-party services process information under their own contracts and privacy terms.
Subscriptions and reviewed communications
Optional updates use double opt-in. A pending request is not marketing permission. Confirmed subscriptions store selected topics, confirmation evidence, source path and limited attribution. Unsubscribing stops optional updates. Prospect-facing nurture remains a staff-reviewed draft with separate approval and delivery actions; a page view, search or lead score does not automatically send marketing email.
First-party conversion evidence
The site may record limited events such as lesson views, zero-result searches, resource requests, retailer-link clicks, calls, email links and completed forms. Events use a pseudonymous session hash and do not include the form body, raw IP address, email address or phone number. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent the public script from sending optional interaction events.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the record type and business need. Pending subscriptions, failed deliveries, public conversion evidence and lost opportunities use shorter configurable schedules than proposals, contracts, billing and active-client service records. Rate-limit counters use a keyed or hashed identifier. Server logs may temporarily contain network information for security and troubleshooting. No internet system can promise absolute security; Lancaster uses access controls, bounded public endpoints, backups and operational review to reduce risk.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of public-form information, withdraw optional marketing consent, clear browser-local academy progress, or object to a particular use. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, contracts, billing, legal duties or the establishment and defence of claims.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by the revision date on this page. Platform rules, privacy law and service configurations can change; this notice describes the deployed Lancaster system and should be reviewed before major new data processing is enabled.
